We do not send the same lead information to any other businesses. You are charged a flat monthly fee.

Are Lead Quantities Guaranteed?
For the first 3 months a minimum number of leads are guaranteed. However based on your target location, your niche and the information we collect for you, the number of leads do vary. We look at the competitive nature of your industry, the price of your services, the demographic and geographic areas you’re targeting, as well as other filters. As you know, certain channels do provide higher quality leads. For example, referral leads are usually a higher quality and easier to close than cold leads. We don’t want to make empty promises and will tell you the number of leads we expect to generate in advance of us working together. We will also work with you to track the quality of the leads, and tweak our lead generation processes in order to provide the number and quality you deserve.

Can I Change the Number of Leads I Want?
Yes, packages can be changed as your business grows. We are able to tailor our marketing – and open and close channels -i in order to target the number of leads you need.

What If You Can’t Generate the Number of Leads We Want?
It hasn’t happened often, but in the likelihood we couldn’t generate enough leads for you, we would either alter your invoice or add the leads to the next month’s quota. Your choice.

Do I Have to Pay for Every Lead?
No! We want our relationship to be a win/win. We only count valid leads. We use a tracking system, so we know when there’s repeat callers, prank callers, solicitors or wrong numbers. Plus if we are targeting 30 leads and send you 34 leads, you keep the extra’s at no additional charge.

What’s the Difference Between Your Leads and Other Lead Referral Companies?

When a lead finds us, they are actively looking for a solution to their problem.

How Do We Get Started?
We begin by having a brief chat over the phone, Zoom or Skype. We’ll talk about your business and determine the types of lead, services and geographic areas you serve. If we both feel we're a good fit, we'll determine a Scope of Work and provide you with a firm quote.

Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
When you sign up, we require a 90 day commitment. This gives us time to tweak the ads and ad targeting, and work to improve lead quality over time. Our ultimate goal is for long term arrangement where we provide you with a steady stream of quality, cost-effective leads that will save you the time, money and aggravation of doing it yourself. After the 90 days, you are free to terminate our arrangement with 10 days written notice.

Can I Limit the Number of Leads I Receive Per Week?
We will do our best to target a weekly quota and space out the leads for you, however it’s something we are not always able to control.
